2. Our Services

Dalijay Tech Hub provides digital voucher cards for accessing WAEC examination results and CSSPS placement information. Our services include: • BECE (Basic Education Certificate Examination) result checker cards • WASSCE/NOVDEC (West African Senior High School Certificate Examination) result checker cards • CSSPS (Computerized School Selection and Placement System) placement cards • Card retrieval services for previously purchased cards

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services. You are responsible for providing accurate information during the purchase process, including valid phone numbers and email addresses where applicable. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are final upon successful payment processing. We accept payments through MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, and AirtelTigo Cash. Prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and are subject to change without notice. You will receive your purchased cards instantly upon successful payment verification. SMS notifications containing card details will be sent to the provided phone number.

5. Refunds and Returns

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances: • Technical errors that prevent card delivery after successful payment • Duplicate charges for the same transaction • System errors resulting in incorrect card generation Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase with valid transaction reference numbers.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to: • Use our services only for lawful purposes • Provide accurate and complete information during purchases • Keep your card details secure and confidential • Not share, resell, or distribute purchased cards without authorization • Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems • Report any technical issues or suspicious activities immediately

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Dalijay Tech Hub and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any content for commercial purposes without express written consent. The Dalijay Tech Hub name and logo are trademarks of the company

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). We are committed to protecting your personal information and will not share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Your phone number and email address are used solely for service delivery and customer support.

9. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 24/7 service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

10. Limitation of Liability

Dalijay Tech Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for any issues with third-party examination result websites or systems.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, internet service provider failures, or government actions.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Ghana with jurisdiction in Accra.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, but these terms shall remain in effect regarding past transactions.
